郝艷麗

工程師

1999年畢業(yè)于鄭州大學藥學院,獲得理學學士學位;2005年畢業(yè)于沈陽藥科大學,獲得藥劑學專業(yè)博士學位;2005-2007年在在清華大學生物學博士后流動站從事博士后研究;2007年進入清華大學醫(yī)學院工作。


研究方向

研究工作主要集中在新型納米載體和聚合物載體作為藥物遞送系統(tǒng)的設計和應用。在最近的研究中,我們發(fā)展了新的配體修飾的陽離子聚合物載體系統(tǒng),用于提高DNA或siRNA在EGFR高表達腫瘤細胞中的轉染效率和表達效果。我們還研究利用納米技術來提高難溶性藥物的溶解性和生物利用度,賦予這些藥物靶向、緩釋特征。我們探尋通過利用這些納米遞送系統(tǒng)來提高藥物的體內(nèi)外輸運效率,從而達到可以顯著改善一些重大疾病例如癌癥的治療效果。
