清華大學(xué)藥學(xué)院現(xiàn)招聘一名中藥物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)及作用機(jī)制方向助理研究員，作為研究骨干參加相關(guān)科研工作。
 
一、崗位職責(zé)：
1、開展中藥相關(guān)科研工作，包括中藥及其復(fù)方藥效/功效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和作用機(jī)制研究、中藥功效生物學(xué)表征研究、優(yōu)質(zhì)中藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和中藥材國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究等。
2、安排和協(xié)調(diào)研究人員工作，指導(dǎo)研究助理及管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常事務(wù)和科研工作。
 
Responsibilities and Duties
 
1. Carry out TCM research, including research on the efficacy/effectiveness material basis and mechanism of TCM and formula, research on the biological characterization of the TCM efficacy, and research on the quality standards for high-quality Chinese herbal medicines and international standards for Chinese herbal medicines.
2.   Arrange and coordinate the work of researchers, instruct research assistants and manage laboratory daily affairs and research work.
 
二、任職要求：
1、具有博士學(xué)位及在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域4-6年博士后或科研工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、掌握中醫(yī)藥基礎(chǔ)理論知識，具有高水平的中藥物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和中藥藥理研究能力，具有中藥復(fù)方、中藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和中藥材國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域重要期刊發(fā)表研究論文的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、身心健康，熱愛科研工作和中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)，具有責(zé)任心和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)踏實(shí)的科研態(tài)度及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，具有指導(dǎo)研究助理及管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常科研工作的能力。
4、具有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立工作能力，能夠獨(dú)立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及承擔(dān)科研課題的研究工作，能夠獨(dú)立撰寫SCI研究論文及申請科研經(jīng)費(fèi)。
 
Requirements for Applicant
1. Applicants should have a doctorate degree and 4-6 years of postdoctoral or research work experience in related fields.
2. Applicants should master the basic theoretical knowledge of TCM, have a high-level research ability of material basis and pharmacology of TCM, have experience in research on TCM formula, quality standards and international standards of Chinese herbal medicine, and have experience in publishing research papers in the important journals.
3.  Applicants should be physically and mentally healthy, love scientific research work and the TCM cause, have a sense of responsibility, rigorous attitude and teamwork spirit, and have the ability to instruct research assistants and manage the daily research work of the laboratory.
4. Applicants should have independent working ability, be able to independently lead and undertake research work on scientific projects, be able to independently write SCI papers and apply for research funding.
 
 
三、專業(yè)要求：中藥學(xué)、藥學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
四、工作待遇：按清華大學(xué)研究系列教師待遇。
